About

I’m a Senior Experience Designer with a love for creating thoughtful, inclusive experiences across digital and physical spaces. I’m currently on the CX team at the Australian Open, and I’ve also worked with brands like Ford Motor Company, Pizza Hut, Myeloma Australia, and the Defence Force. Deeply curious by nature, I’m passionate about turning complex challenges into simple, intuitive, and enjoyable experiences for the people who use them.

My skill set

User research and insights

I love digging into how people think, behave, and experience things. From interviews to usability testing, I have led researh to inform journey maps, and opportunity areas that shape strategy and fuel simple, user-centred experiences.

Experience design & strategy

With a background in Psychology, I bring a human-centred lens to mapping end-to-end journeys, shaping experience strategies, and creating wireframes and prototypes grounded in data and behavioural insight.

Workshop facilitation

I’ve planned and run workshops with all kinds of stakeholders - from research sharebacks to co-design sessions, journey mapping, and prioritisation. Each session sharpens my ability to think on my feet, collaborate, and guide groups toward clarity and alignment.
